The service is provided via API directly by a qualified professional and the timing, since it is carried out manually by operators, depends on the complexity of the file. Openapi guarantees that the entire process takes place in full compliance with current privacy regulations, with data minimisation and encryption logics.
Family Status Certificate
The Family Status Certificate contains the main data of the persons resulting at the same address in the same real estate unit (regardless of their parental relation). It is required for various administrative, legal and tax purposes.
Openapi allows you to request the Family Status Certificate quickly and easily. Thanks to the integration of our API, you can offer your customers an efficient and secure service for requesting and receiving the certificate in your systems.
The request can be submitted directly by the claimant or through selected and recognised CAFs and Patronati (with delegation).

The additional documents required to apply for the family status certificate will be requested by the CAF or Patronato that will handle the file in accordance with privacy regulations.

POST/IT-certificato-stato-famigliaIn addition to the data previously entered, the response will also contain:
- Request status
- Request ID
This data is essential for the next steps.
Check Request Status
To check the status of the request it is necessary to request to the endpoint GET/IT-certificato-stato-famiglia/{id} where the id is the identifier previously obtained.
As soon as the request status has changed to 'evaso' (=‘processed’) it will be possible to download the document.

The service is provided within 2 working days from the submission of the complete documentation.
The cost per single request is €9.90 with exemption, €25.90 with a stamp.
